Be still and Know that He is God. Knowing Him is what eternal life is and that eternal life starts the moment you are born again. You must be born again in spirit to understand spiritual things. God is the source of joy, life, peace, etc. It's not about achieving those things in our life its about becoming them. The longer we look at Him the faster we transform ourselves into what we're looking at. Be still and know Him.
